| October Health & Fitness Walking Program Comes Back to Compeer!
Starting Wednesday, October 1st and for the entire month put your pedometer on and start keeping track of your steps. We have done this program in the past and renewed interest has resulted in its start up again. As we all strive for good mental health together, we can also strive for better overall physical health. Compeer will be providing a pedometer and packet including directions on how to track your steps and walking tips to each participant.
